How can I request a quote for chauffeur services?
You can either fill out our online quotation request form on the website or contact us directly by phone. We’ll respond with a detailed quote based on the information you provide.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of our premium services. If a client does not show up for their scheduled booking or cancels within 72 hours of the hire period, any payments made will be entirely non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued on full payments; however, please note that all deposits remain non-refundable. Due to the limited availability and high demand of our VIP fleet and wedding bookings, all payments and deposits for these services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time.
