If a client does not show up for their scheduled booking or cancels within 72 hours of the hire period, any payments made will be entirely non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued on full payments; however, please note that all deposits remain non-refundable. Due to the limited availability and high demand of our VIP fleet and wedding bookings, all payments and deposits for these services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time.
